I am Danny D. Glover, born and raised on the Southside of Macon-Bibb. I know what it means to stand up for your community because I’ve been doing it my whole life.
I’m a organizer and an advocate for working people. I’ve spent my life in neighborhoods like ours, solving problems others ignored and standing up for folks who’ve been left out and counted out. Now, I’m running for Congress to bring our voices and our fight to Washington. Because if we don’t fight for us, nobody else will.
Danny D. Glover was born and raised on the Southside of Macon-Bibb. He knows what it means to stand up for community — because he’s been doing it his whole life.
As an organizer and advocate, Danny has worked alongside everyday people to solve problems others ignored, fight for workers, and make sure no one is left behind. From defending neighborhoods to lifting up families struggling with healthcare, wages, and housing, he has always put people first.
Now, Danny is running for Congress in Georgia’s 2nd District to bring that same fight to Washington. Because if we don’t fight for us, nobody else will.
Danny Glover’s campaign is built on one simple idea: put people first. From jobs and healthcare to clean air and fair government, our movement is about making sure families in Georgia’s 2nd District have a real chance to thrive.
Right now, the economy is upside down. Everyday families are stretched thin while big corporations are getting richer. Groceries, rent, and medicine keep going up, but paychecks stay the same.
Our plan is simple: Make sure people can afford the basics of life and have a fair chance to get ahead.
Pollution and climate change are hitting Central and Southwest Georgia hard — our water, air, and land are paying the price. Big companies dump their mess and leave us to deal with it.
We should invest in clean energy jobs that protect our families and preserve our rivers, farmland, and forests.
Today, big corporations and powerful people have too much control over our lives. This makes it hard for everyday people to get ahead.
Our plan is to fix our broken systems so that everyone has a fair shot. We will fight to put people back in charge and make sure our government and our technology work for all of us.
We don’t need more talk — we need action. That means good schools for our kids, safe neighborhoods, and making sure our families are cared for.
Our plan is to bring common sense back to government and put people before politics.
